Acrylic pigmented primer, ideal for creating finishes with high-build acrylic, acrylic siloxane and elastomer products, and also as a primer for traditional coatings. For outdoor application, it equalises the absorption of all cement mortars for GB 831 thermal insulation cycles before the application of the high-build products chosen as finish.
